The Body is the Temple of the Self. Make it a beautiful, holy place. PERSONAL HYGENE- Shower once a day. Brush your teeth twice a day for two minutes. Floss. Utilize mouth wash. Use deodorants. Deodorants containing aluminum salts are toxic, avoid their use at all costs. You can make your own spray from baking soda, water and a few drops of a nice smelling essential oil. Smelling clean is important. DIET- Eat clean. Avoid processed sugars. Purchase more raw goods to discourage grazing. Eat a balanced diet with at least a couple portions of greens a day. Eat lean meats and take in an amount of carbs proportionate to your energy output. (Example: if you work an active job, eat more carbs and calories on your workdays, and lower your carb/calorie intake on your off days.) ATHLETICISM- Hone your body into that of a warrior. Work out regularly. If you don't have weights/access to a gym due to lockdowns or lack of funds for equipment, find a way to do cardio and calisthenics, neither of which require much or any equipment. Resistance training/weightlifting is optimal if you have the ability.
